Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any penalty if you provide at least 2 hours' notice before the scheduled time.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the consultation fee will be forfeited.

2. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund due to a timely cancellation:

• The refund will be automatically initiated to your original payment method (PhonePe/UPI/Card).
• Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Medical consultations and services that have already been provided are strictly non-refundable. Once the doctor has started the consultation, the fee is considered earned and final.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of any payment disputes, please contact us directly at the email below before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve all legitimate concerns within 48 hours.
