Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Advance Notice: Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation fee, at the clinic's discretion.
  • No-Shows: If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No-Show"), the full consultation fee may be charged or forfeited.

2. Refunds for Services

Medical services (consultations, treatments, procedures) that have already been performed are non-refundable.

If an appointment is cancelled within the eligible window (24 hours prior), any pre-paid fees will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Pharmacy & Medicine Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, medicines and medical supplies once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of:

  • Product defects or damage upon delivery.
  • Dispensing errors (wrong medicine provided).
