1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the SCAP platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement is between you and Mamta Homoeo Care (the "Company"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Medical & Service Disclaimer

SCAP is a management platform for healthcare providers. We do not provide medical services or advice. All medical decisions, prescriptions, and patient care are the sole responsibility of the registered healthcare professionals using the platform.

3. Platform Access

Patients use this platform solely for booking and viewing records; patient account registration is not required or offered. Administrative and Doctor accounts are created strictly through our central administration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your administrative credentials.

4. Pricing & Payments

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments for appointments are processed securely via PhonePe. By completing a booking, you authorize the charge for the consultation and any applicable platform fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mamta Homoeo Care or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Intellectual Property

The SCAP software, branding, and design are the exclusive property of our team. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
